Shipping, Delivery, & Returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All of our products for UK customers are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked and we aim to post your order same day. Please note this is an aim and not a guarantee.

Orders received after 12pm may be dispatched the following working day, so please allow 2 to 4 working days from date of order dependant on shipping service selected at checkout.

Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays). 

All orders over £35 are posted free within UK and are shipped 2nd class as standard.

You can upgrade to 1st class at the price indicated at checkout, or select Local Delivery if applicable and we'll come to you. Please add your contact number and any further delivery instructions to the notes upon checkout to avoid any delays (eg. landmark, gate codes or safeplaces).

If you do not receive your order after 5 working days please let us know.

You will receive an email confirmation at the time you place the order and then a further email when it has been posted.

From time to time we will offer free delivery. These will be time limited and provided UK only on a 48 hour Royal Mail tracked basis where we can't delivery using our own van. You can pay to have your order delivered more quickly by upgrading to 1st class tracked. 

Refund Policy

If, when you receive your product it is damaged or incorrect, then we offer a refund policy. Please get in touch with us to arrange the return of the goods.

If you no longer want the items then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. Refunds are subject to the returned item(s) being in perfect condition and unopened in their original packaging.
